Finally this trip is really happening. It just took a little longer than I thought. From Park City, Utah to Cape Town, South Africa was 31 hours. After many and long plane rides we are here! My first purchase in South Africa was a mini Springbok's Rugby ball. I purchased it for 99 rand which is equivalent to under 10 dollars.
