Day 2 at the Grundy's. I was very happy that I could be with kids my age even if we were only spending a little time with them. I woke up at around 7:00 and so did everyone else. We went motorcycling, and quad riding, while the parents walked. Gray and I rode motorcycles while Wade rode his quad. As we were riding we had some difficulties with the quad and motorcycle. The quad had carburetor issues and the motorcycle had a flat tire. So Natasha rode the motorcycle to go grab the truck. We fetched the motorbike, and the quad, then went home. For breakfast We had toast, eggs, and bacon, It was very good! After we chilled for a little, Then we hopped in their pool. We tried bringing Suede, looks like a brown lab, into the pool but Jacque, the pit bull mix, decided to come with. We took him outside the pool where there is a fence, but he squeezed through the side! It was quite amazing! Later we were catching chickens at their grandmother's house. Gray ran, grabbed the white chicken, and put it back in its home. We later said goodbye to the Grundy's, and headed to Joberg.
As soon as we were at the hotel in Johannesburg we settled in, cleaned up, and headed to the temple. It was my first time in a temple to do temple work. I was working with kids from another ward in South Africa. It was a special experience to be in the temple. I felt happy when I was there.
After we were finished with our temple work we ate dinner at the hotel, they had a buffet it was fantastic!
