Today was our last full day in Philippines. We started off with eating breakfast at the huge breakfast buffet and after that our group paraded over to the dive center where we got prepared for our island hopping trip. We took a speed boat around to the different areas. We had some great snorkeling, mainly our second snorkel. Our second snorkel had heaps of coral! Not just lying on the ocean floor but rising and branching out through the ocean floor. But the highlight of our outing was cliff jumping off of homemade bamboo diving boards and plummeting into mysterious, extremely rough waters from a height of over 32 feet! And trying to get out of the water was a project of its own, I had to try and grab the rope before sinking into the ROUGH water and even when I had the rope the rough water was stealing my breath.
The very last thing I did on the boat was parasail. Parasailing is a boat puling one or two people but not on the water, up in the sky with a huge parachute. I was able to sail twice since Allie did not want to sail the second time with a fear of being motion sick since Mom felt sick. Up in the air I saw how high we were and it especially freaked me out when we started swerving. I was about to be dunked in the water with Riley and everything was going well until unlike last time we came in hot and then was fully dragged under the water.
Back at the hotel feeling sick from the parasailing we laid down by the beach and swam until I had school with April. Finished with school I swam and played cards with Mom until we had to get ready for dinner.
For our last dinner we at the Tree Top restaurant with Mom, Amber, Klane, Allie, and Riley. To finish off the night we played cards in the lobby while Amber and Mom dominated Kemps.
