When I woke up I was by myself in the bedroom waiting for my mom to comeback, when she did she told me It was time for breakfast. We had a delicious breakfast! I had bacon, eggs, french toast, cereal, and fruit! Shortly after, we were packing up the truck to go deliver food, toys, bags, soap, school supplies, and a little clothes. As soon as we were finished we headed out to a school in a township where we would deliver the supplies. The the elementary school 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade looked like a long shanty town hut. It was made out of sheet metal with dirt floors. The high schoolers and pre-school was a cement building with running water and toilets, but no electricity that we saw.
As we looked through the school the principal told us all about it. He told us there are 1000+ kids that go to this small school! Half of the 100+ kids are orphans that have no parents. When we walked into both of the pre-school classes they started singing for us, It was so fun. After we toured the school the principle told everyone to line up for lunch and for supplies. I was in charge of giving each kid 1 toy car and 1 can of tuna, But my mom helped me with the tuna. For the older kids I gave them Bibles instead of toys. After we were finished we had to drive to a little girl's house where we took pictures of her broken leg. It makes me thankful that I have good health, a nice house, and 3 meals a day.
As we were driving back we stopped at a delicious restaurant where I had a fantastic wrap. When we got back to the house I played with the kids we played Rugby and Cricket. Later we had dinner my favorite part was the pineapple puff it was so delicious. After dinner we went to go check on the water truck to see if it made it up the hill. The reason the water truck was coming is because we ran out of water today. Finally the truck made it up the hill and started pumping water into the water tower! A little later we decided to go to bed.
